穿支血管蒂螺旋桨皮瓣的研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 各种原因所致的软组织缺损会给患者带来严重的功能障碍和痛苦。随着生活质量的不断提高,人们对临床疗效的期望也越来越高,既要考虑肢体的功能,又要注意外形的美观。穿支血管蒂螺旋桨皮瓣能够满足上述要求,且在临床的应用越来越广泛。为了更全面地阐述穿支血管蒂螺旋桨皮瓣的研究进展,本文就穿支血管蒂螺旋桨皮瓣的分类、特点、适应证选择、设计及临床应用等进行综述。
