带状疱疹后银屑病样同位反应一例被引量：3

摘要患者男，22岁。因左腹部皮疹1个月就诊于我院皮肤科。患者2个月前劳累后感低热2d（具体体温不详），随后左上腹、左季肋部、左背部出现带状沿肋间神经分布的群集红斑、丘疱疹及水疱，伴阵发性轻微针刺样痛感。外院诊为带状疱疹，
