摘要
患者男，25岁，因右背部皮肤结节6年就诊于我科。6年前不明原因右侧背部出现一皮色粟粒大丘疹，无自觉症状，未予以重视，后皮疹缓慢增大，颜色南皮色逐渐变为暗红色，近2个月来偶有轻度疼痛感，但皮损从未出现破溃现象。其余皮肤未见类似结节及咖啡斑。既往体健，家族中无类似病史。
