摘要
患者女，53岁，因头顶部单发结节2年来我科就诊。患者2年前无明显诱因头顶部出现一黄豆大小的皮色结节，无自觉症状，渐增大。体检：头顶部一1．5cm×1．0cm肤色结节（图1），轻微透明状，表面光滑并可见毛细血管扩张，无压痛。
