微泡的研究进展

摘要 微泡,一种富含mRNA,micRNA及HSP70,HLA-I和NY-ESO-1等多种蛋白,并可能作为细胞间交流及基因传递的物质,在肿瘤转移、复发、诊断及治疗方面的作用越来越多地受到重视,其包含的内容物是导致细胞转化的主要因素,可能作为肿瘤转移及复发的新途径,也可能成为肿瘤治疗的新方向。本文对微泡的概念、产生、诊断及治疗等相关方面的研究作一综述。
