摘要
以电熔镁砂、高纯烧结镁砂、烧结富镁尖晶石和α-Al2O3为主要原料,在实验室制备了可替代水泥回转窑烧成带用镁铬砖的方镁石-镁铝尖晶石(MgO-MA)质耐火材料,研究了复合添加1.2%(w)的非晶TiO2粉和2.3%(w)的单斜ZrO2粉对MgO-MA材料性能的影响。结果表明:复合添加TiO2和ZrO2能促进MgO-MA材料的烧结;复合添加TiO2和ZrO2的MgO-MA材料的晶界处生成了CaTiO4和Mg2Zr5O12固溶相,有利于提高MgO-MA材料的挂窑皮性能。
Periclase-magnesium aluminate spinel (MgO-MA) refractories were prepared using fused magnesia,high purity sintered magnesia,magnesia-rich sintered spinel and oc-AI203 powder as main starting materials to substitute magnesia chrome bricks in the rotary kiln sintering zone. Influence of complex addi- tive composed of 1.2 mass% non-crystal TiQ powder and 2.3 mass% monoclinic ZrO2 powder on proper- ties of MgO-MA refractories was researched. The results show that the complex additive can accelerate the sintering of MgO-MA refractories;and the solid solutions containing CaTiO4 and Mg2Zr5O12 are generated in grain boundary and improve the coating adhering performance of MgQ-MA refractories.
