摘要
采用扫描电镜分析并研究了SCR4500生产线上铜杆表面氧化变色过程。结果表明,出线温度对铜杆表面质量有重要影响,温度较低,蜡液未干,造成铜杆表面会发生氧化变色。SEM组织和面扫描表明,氧化变色部分主要由Cu、O和C元素组成。
The surface oxidation discoloration of copper rods produced by SCR 4500 production line was investigated by means of scanning electron microscope. The results show that outlet temperature has an important influence on the copper rod surface quality. At lower temperature, wax is not dry, leading surface oxidation discoloration of the copper rod. The microstructure and surface scanning of SEM show that the oxidation discoloration zones are mainly composed of Cu, O, and C.
