焊接工艺对钢结构耐腐蚀性的影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 采用手工电弧焊、自动埋弧焊、自动CO2气体保护焊和TIME焊接获得Q390A钢结构试样,并进行了中性(pH=6.85±0.3)盐雾腐蚀和酸性(pH=5.3±0.2)全浸腐蚀试验。结果表明:四种焊接工艺得到的钢结构耐腐蚀性能依次是:TIME焊接>自动CO2气体保护焊>自动埋弧焊>手工电弧焊;从提高钢结构耐腐蚀性能方面考虑,钢结构的焊接工艺方法优选TIME焊接。 Steel structure Q390A was welded by manual arc welding, auto submerged arc welding, CO2 gas shielded automatic welding and transfer ionized molten energy process (TIME). The corrosion beh5avior of the steel structure samples was tested by neutral (pH=6.85±0.3) salt-spray corrosion test and acid (pH=5.3±0.2) immersion corrosion test. The results show that the order of the corrosion resistance of the samples by different welding procedure is: TIME welding 〉 CO2 gas shielded automatic welding 〉 auto submerged arc welding 〉 manual arc welding. Considering improving the corrosion resistance of steel structure, TIME welding was the optimized welding process.
