摘要
采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对机床床身的铸造过程进行了数值仿真。通过对铸件凝固过程的温度场和应力场的计算,预测了铸造裂纹产生的位置,预测结果与实际生产情况相吻合。在对产生铸造裂纹主要因素分析的基础上,提出了铸造工艺改进措施。实际生产表明,采用改进工艺可有效减少床身铸造裂纹,提高铸件质量。
The casting process of machine tool lathe bed was simulated by using ANSYS finite-element analysis software. Through the calculation of temperature and stress field in casting solidification, the positions of casting cracks were predicted, which agreed well with the actual production. On the basis of the analysis of main factors for producing casting crack, the improvement measures of casting process were proposed. Actual production shows that by using the improved process, the amount of castings crack can be reduced effectively, and improve the quality of the castings.
