摘要
采用一般涂料生产欧Ⅱ汽车发动机缸体、缸盖时,在缸体、缸盖内腔会有大量粘砂,用振击吹砂方式进行清理,效果不够理想。在本试验中,采用喷丸和吹气相结合的方式清理欧Ⅱ缸体、缸盖的粘砂,取得了理想的效果。最佳喷吹工艺为:对缸体喷丸流量0.3 kg/s,两个侧面各3孔,每孔喷20 s,吹气10 s;对缸盖喷丸流量0.2 kg/s,侧面3孔,每孔喷10 s,吹气10 s。
There will be a lot of adhering sand in the cylinder body and cylinder cover when uses the general dope to produce European Ⅱ automobile engine's cylinder body and cylinder cover. It can not get an ideal result to clear sand by blowing. An ideal clean resulting in European Ⅱ automobile engine's cylinder body can be gotten and the cylinder cover by the way of ball blast combines with blowing. The best blowing technical is that : ball blast flow rate of the cylinder body is 0.3kg/s,3 holes distribute throughout 2 sides, each holes blast for 20s, blowing for 10s; ball blast flow rate of the cylinder cover is 0.2 kg/s, 3 holes distribute throughout 2 sides, each holes blast for 10 s, blowing for 10 s.
