摘要
通过对几种常用锡基合金的主要化学成分及其特性的分析,着重阐述了十字头滑块两端面浇注锡基合金的设计方案和浇注过程控制的有效措施,并经无损检测和剖层分析验证了浇铸零件的质量可靠性和稳定性。
Through the analysis of the main chemical composition and the characteristics of several common tin-based alloys, the tin-based alloy casting design scheme of two end surface of crosshead slide and effective measures of its casting process control were mainly expounded. The reliability and stability of the quality of the casting parts were verified through the non-destructive testing and split ting analysis.
