基于数值模拟的圆锥台件渐进成形过程研究 被引量:6

摘要 以典型圆锥台零件为例,介绍了板料数控渐进成形的基本原理和特点。描述了渐进成形工具轨迹的生成以及有限元数值模拟成形结果的分析。结果表明:Cimatron软件的CAM模块可生成分层螺旋进刀工具轨迹;渐进成形能提高板料的成形性能,但成形精度有待进一步提高。 Taking a typical cone part as an example,the fundamental theory and characteristic of incremental forming were introduced. The generation of tool path and the analysis of the results of finite element simulation were described. The results show that the layered spiral feeding tool path can be generated by the CAM module of Cimatron software; the formability of sheet metal is improved by using incremental forming but the accuracy is yet to be improved.
