摘要
提出了颚式破碎机偏心轴制坯新工艺,利用DEFORM-3D有限元软件对楔横轧成形颚式破碎机偏心轴的过程进行了数值模拟。对不同直径轧件轧制过程中的心部应力、应变及损伤值进行了对比。结果表明,颚式破碎机偏心轴采用楔横轧成形是可行的。这能为颚式破碎机偏心轴高效精确成形提供理论依据。
The new technology of the eccentric shafts for jaw crusher was proposed. By using finite element DEFORM-3D software, the cross wedge rolling forming process of eccentric shafts for jaw crusher was simulated. The center stress, strain and injury index in rolling process with different diameter parts were contrasted. The result s show that the eccentric shafts for jaw crusher formed by cross wedge rolling are feasible. This can provide theory foundation for forming eccentric shaft of jaw crusher with high efficient and precise shaping.
