摘要
在蓄热式燃烧技术推广过程中,它总是被质疑为"炉膛压力不易控制,设备故障率高,节能不节钱"。结合一座棒材推钢式蓄热式加热炉和一座带钢步进梁蓄热式加热炉再优化改造,阐释了目前蓄热式加热炉普遍存在问题的原因和解决方案,还原了它的真实指标和运行状况。结果能为蓄热式燃烧技术的推广提供有益的参考。
In the promotion process of regenerative combustion technology, it has always been questioned that "the chamber pressure is not easy to control, the equipment failure rate is high, and it is energy conservation but does not save money". Second optimization combined with a bar regenerative heating furnace with pusher type and a strip of regenerative heating furnace with walking beam, the causes for the problems and the solutions of regenerative reheating furnace were explained, and its actual indexes and running situation were reverted. The results can provide a useful reference for promotion of the regenerative combustion technology.
