摘要
对滚切剪剪切原理进行了分析,得到了影响剪切力的5个主要因素,即钢板厚度、切入深度比、剪切速度、剪切角、剪刃间隙。借助于有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,获得了5个因素与剪切力的关系。这能为滚切剪的设计提供理论依据。
The principle of rolling shear was analyzed. Five main factors for influencing shear forces were obtained, including plate thickness, relative cut-in depth, shear velocity, shear angle and blade clearance.With finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA, the relationship between five influencing factors and shear forces was obtained, which can provide a theoretical basis for the design of rolling shear.
