摘要
介绍了一种新型冰箱门壳的结构、成形工艺、端部翻边模具及工作原理,对生产中出现的零件侧面翻边和端面翻边结合圆角处起皱问题做了分析,并提出了相应解决措施。结果表明,通过模具的设计与改进,成功实现了该新型门壳的成形,生产的门壳零件产品尺寸精度高,表面质量好,制件报废率低。
The structure, the forming process of a new refrigerator door shell, the flanging die for the end of the shell and its working principle were introduced. The wrinkling in the rounding corners combined with the side and end flanging in the production was analyzed. And the corresponding solving measures were put forward. The results show that, the new door shell is successfully formed through the design and improvement of the die, of which the dimensional accuracy is high, the surface quality is good, and the rejection rate of parts is low.
