摘要
介绍了EML8020模具焊条研制原理,确定其焊缝组织为奥氏体加铁素体双相组织。分析了焊条药皮渣系对焊条性能的影响,确定了合理的药皮配方。所研制的焊条不仅工艺性能良好而且熔敷金属具有较高的力学性能。
The pnnclple oI JSMLS020 mold electrode was introduced. The weld mlcrostructure ~s austenlte and temte structure. The effect of welding slag system on the electrode properties was analyzed. And then ,the coating formula is determined. The electrode has not only a good process performance ,but also deposited metal with high mechanical properties.
