Relapse of acute leukemia after allogeneic stem cell transplantation： its mechanisms and strategies for the prevention and treatment

摘要 异基因造血干细胞移植（allo—HSCT）是治愈急性白血病（AL）的重要手段。过去20年来，移植后总生存（Os）率不断提高，主要得益于预处理方案、移植物抗宿主病（GVHD）防治及对症支持治疗的改善。移植相关死亡率（TRM）显著下降，而原发病的复发率并未降低，是移植后死亡最主要的原因。
