渠县天然气净化分厂循环冷却水处理方案设计与现场应用

摘要 为提高渠县天然气净化分厂循环冷却水处理效果 ,对原水处理方案进行了重新设计 ,改用多效水处理剂CT4 - 34和氧化型杀菌剂稳定性ClO2 、非氧化型杀菌剂CT4 - 4 1联合处理方案。本文主要介绍了室内方案设计和现场应用情况。室内试验结果和现场运行结果表明 ,该水处理方案切实可行 。 The circulating cooling water treatment scheme was designed again for improving circulating cooling water treatment effect in Quxian Natural Gas Purification Plant. In the scheme,multifunction circulating water treating agent CT4-34 and oxidative bactericide stability ClO 2 and non-oxidative bactericide CT4-41 were choosed together. This article mainly introduces the situation of lab scheme design and plant application. The test and application results shows that this circulating cooling water treatment scheme is feasible completely.
