爱全乐等氧气雾化吸入对减轻术后咳嗽、咳痰及降低肺部感染的临床研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探究爱全乐等氧气雾化吸入对减轻术后咳嗽、咳痰及降低肺部感染的疗效。方法:将本院104例接受手术后出现咳嗽、咳痰现象的患者随机均分为研究组和对照组,每组各52例。研究组进行爱全乐氧气雾化治疗,对照组进行常规超声雾化。结果:研究组的患者术后咳嗽、咳痰及降低肺部感染恢复情况较对照组更加好和快,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与此同时,研究组并发症情况少于对照组,差异同样具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:爱全乐等氧气雾化吸入,有助于患者术后进行咳痰以及排痰,同时减轻咳嗽情况以及降低患者肺部感染,值得在临床上推广应用。 AIM: To research the effect of ox- ygen atomization for postoperative cough, ex- pectoration and alleviate the lung infection, and to provide reference for recovery treatment. METHODS: 104 patients with cough were ran- domly divided into two groups (n = 52)in our hospital within one year. The study group was received oxygen atomization treatment, and the control group was received ultrasonic nebuliza- tion . RESULTS:The recovery of study group of patients cough, expectoration and alleviate lung infection recovery were better and faster than those of control group, the difference was statis-tically significant(P〈0.05). At the same time, the complication in study group was less than that of control group (P 〈 0.05). CONCLU- SION: Oxygen atomization helps to protect pa- tients' respiratory tract with postoperative. It helps patients sputum expectoration, and also relieves cough and reduces the incisional pain for patients, and it is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
