我院3种Ⅰ类切口手术预防用抗菌药物调查分析

Analysis on prophylactic antibiotics use in three kinds of type Ⅰ incision operation

目的:评价我院3种Ⅰ类切口手术预防用抗菌药物的合理性。方法:随机抽查我院2011年9～12月甲状腺手术、乳腺手术、腹股沟疝修补术3种Ⅰ类切口手术病历各120例,并进行回顾性调查分析。结果:360例病历中,预防用抗菌药物75.8%,其中有预防用药指征31.9%;预防用药时机合理71.4%;溶媒体积以250 mL为主。结论:我院3种I类切口手术抗菌药物应用存在预防用药指征低、溶媒体积偏大等问题,应针对存在问题采取必要干预措施,促进合理使用。

AIM： To investigate the ratio of prophylactic antibiotics in three kinds of type I incision operation. METHODS： Each 120 cases including thyroid surgery, breast surgery, in- guinal herniorrhaphy from September to Decem- ber in 2011 were analyzed. RESULTS：In the 360 cases, the ratio of antibiotics was 75.8%, the ratio of indication of prophylactic was 31.9%, the indication of prophylactic use timing is rea- sonable accounted for 71.4%. The main volume of solvent was 250 mL. CONCLUSION： Thereare main problems that the indication of prophy- lactic is low, the volume of solvent is too large in prophylactic antibiotics use in three kinds of type I incision operation. Some necessary inter- vention should be taken in order to promote the rational use of antibiotics.
