长期补充槲皮素对自行车运动员红细胞功能影响的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨长期补充槲皮素对自行车运动员红细胞抗氧化及细胞膜功能的影响。方法:22名自行车运动员随机分成两组,采用二阶段交叉试验设计,用槲皮素配方运动饮料(1000 mg/D)和安慰对照饮料进行干预,每阶段干预4周,中间洗脱期4周;两干预阶段前后进行体能测试,测试内容包括2小时70%VO2max负荷蹬车和20 km计时骑车测试,每次体能测试前后采肘静脉血3 ml,测试脂质过氧化物(MDA)含量及红细胞相关酶活性。结果:干预后,红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性运动后槲皮素饮料干预(Q)显著高于安慰对照饮料干预(P)(P<0.01);干预前后,Q干预阶段运动后增加值显著高于P干预阶段(P<0.01)。Q干预阶段运动后MDA生成明显小于P干预阶段(P<0.01),干预前后,Q干预阶段运动后MDA减少量明显大于P干预阶段(P<0.01)。Q干预阶段运动后Na+-K+-ATP酶活性明显大于P干预阶段,干预前后,Q干预阶段运动后增加值显著高于P干预阶段(P<0.01)。结论:长期槲皮素干预后,自行车运动员大强度运动后脂质过氧水平降低,抗氧化酶活性增加,红细胞膜功能得到改善。 Objective To explore the effect of supplementation of quercetin on the of erythrocyte antioxidant and its membrane function in adult male professional cyclists. Methods 22 cyclists who met the study criteria were recruited,and randomly divided into intervention and placebo groups. A randomized, double-blind, active-controlled crossover design was used. Results After the intervention: (1)the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathion peroxidase (GSH-PX) after exercise in quercetin intervention group was higher than that in placebo group (P 〈 0.01 ) ; (2)there were significant differences in activities of SOD and GSH-PX before and after exercise between the two groups (P 〈 0.01 ); (3)the MDA content in quercetin intervention group was higher than that in placebo group (P 〈 0.01 ) ; (4)there was significant difference in the MDA content before and after exercise between the two groups (P 〈 0.01 ) ; (5)the Na+-K+-ATPase activity in quercetin intervention group was higher than thatin placebo group (P 〈 0.01);and (6)there was significant difference in the Na+-K+-ATPase activity before and after exercise between the two groups (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion With the quercetin intervention,the level of lipid peroxidation was reduced,the activity of antioxidative enzyme and the function of erythrocyte membrane were improved after exercise in cyclists.
