肤宁洗剂湿敷止痒脱敏治疗婴儿急性湿疹临床分析

Clinical analysis of Funing lotion wet skin itch desensitization in the treatment of infants with acute eczema

目的探讨肤宁洗剂在临床治疗婴儿急性湿疹的优势。方法对我院收治的148例急性湿疹患儿进行回顾性分析,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组与对照组,其中观察组78例采用肤宁洗剂涂擦患处,对照组70例采用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏涂擦患处,对比两组疗效。结果观察组与对照组治疗总有效率分别为96.2%与87.1%,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组未见一例不适症状,对照组1例出现皮肤干燥、轻度嗜睡。结论肤宁洗剂具清洁止痒、消肿收敛、清热解毒、祛湿杀虫等功效,将其应用于对婴儿急性湿疹的治疗,效果显著且无明显副作用,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the advantage of Funing lotion wet skin itch desensitization in the treatment of infants with acute eczema. Methods 148 infants with acute eczema in our hospital were retrospetively analyzed ,they were devided into the observation group and the control group according to the different treatments. 78 cases in the observation group were rubbed the affected area by Funing, 70 cases in the control group were rubbed the affected area by butyrate hydrocortisone cream,compared the effect of the two groups. Results The total effective rates of the observation group and control group were 96.2% and 96.2% respectively, the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. There was no case with discomfort in the observation group. 1 case in the control group was dry skin and mild lethargy. Conclusion Funing lotion has itching, convergence, heat-clearing and detoxicating, detumescence qushi insecticidal effect and so on. in the treatment of infantly acute eczema, the effect is obvious and the side effects are not obvious. And it is worthy forclinical promotion.
