龙胆泻肝汤治疗酒精性肝病40例

Longdan Xiegan decoction on alcoholic liver disease in 40 cases

目的探讨龙胆泻肝汤治疗酒精性肝病的临床疗效。方法将80例酒精性肝病患者随机分为两组,即治疗组和对照组,治疗组40例,用龙胆泻肝汤治疗,对照组40例,用多烯磷脂胆碱片治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组总有效率为75.0%,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗酒精性肝病有较好疗效,副作用很小,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Longdan Xiegan decoction on alcoholic liver disease. Methods 80 patients with alcoholic liver disease were randomly divided into two groups, namely the treatment group and the control group. 40 cases in the treatment group were treated with Longdan Xiegan decoction, while 40 cases in the control group were treated with polyene phosphatidyl choline tablet. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.0%, and the total effective rate in the control group was 75.0%, the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Longdan Xiegan decoction on alcoholic liver disease has better efficacy, minor side effects, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
