摘要 目的探讨临床微生物学检验实验操作技能与理论考试成绩的相关关系。方法选取2005~2009级医学检验专业本科班305名学生临床微生物学检验的实验考核与理论考试成绩作为研究资料,计算两类成绩的相关系数并进行检验。结果2005~2009级学生实验考核成绩和理论考试成绩的相关系数(r〉分别为0.460、0.276、0.331、0.368、0.625,相关系数检验均显示实验考核成绩和理论考试成绩之间有正相关关系(尸〈0.05)。结论掌握临床微生物学检验的相关理论知识能够提高学生的微生物学检验操作技能,反之亦然。 Objective To investigate the correlation between experiment skills and the scores of theory examination in clinical microorganism laboratory. Methods By computing correlation coefficient, the scores of experiment examination and theory examination in clinical microorganism laboratory were investigated in 305 undergraduates of laboratory medicine from grade 2005 to grade 2009. Results From grade 2005 to grade 2009, the correlation coefficient(r) between the scores of experiment examination and theory examination were 0.460, 0.276, 0.331, 0.368 and 0.625, respectively, which showed there was positive linear correlation between theoretical and experimental scores (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Mastering the theoretical knowledge of clinical microorganism laboratory is benefit on experimental operation skills and vice versa.
