中药不良反应的诱发因素

Induced factors of adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine

目的探讨临床药学中发生中药不良反应的原因。方法选取我院2011年1～6月在临床上发生中药不良反应的30例患者的病例，并对患者的原发病情况、出现中药不良反应的时间以及在患病过程中所用的药物做具体的调查，而且对患者在发病后受到影响的组织、器官以及各项临床表现做具体的调查研究与分析。结果原发性疾病、用药时间、输液管及使用其他药物均与中药不良反应有关。结论在临床治疗过程中，要对中药不良反应予以足够的重视，有效的防止药源性疾病的发生。

Objective To investigate the causes of au pharmacy. Methods The taking of our hospital between 2011 January to June medicine in clinical adverse reactions occurred in 30 patients of the cases,and in patients with primary disease conditions,adverse reactions occur medicine sick time,and in the process drugs used to do specific investigations,but also for patients after the onset of the affected tissues, organs and the various clinical manifestations do specific research and analysis. Results In the clinical pharmacy medicine adverse reactions induced on many factors. Conclusion In clinical treatment,adverse reactions to traditional Chinese medicine sufficient attention, effectively prevent the occurrence of drug-induced diseases.
