低剂量罗红霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎并发鼻息肉临床分析

Clinical analysis of low-dose roxithromycin in the treatment of chronic sinusitis combined with nasal polyp

目的对罗红霉素在慢性鼻窦炎及并发鼻息肉治疗中的效果进行探讨。方法对我院2011～2012年期间收治的86例慢性鼻窦炎并发鼻息肉患者随机分为观察组（44例）和对照组（42例）进行治疗，观察组服用罗红霉素治疗疗程为3个月，每日用量150mg；对照组进行临床常规治疗，连续治疗3个月。对患者的症状表现在治疗后进行观察，通过窥镜对患者的症状进行检查。结果在对全部患者进行治疗3个月以后，通过内窥镜检查，观察组治愈20例，明显好转23例，治疗无效1例，治愈有效率为97．72％。与对照组相比，观察组治疗效果明显好于对照组。经过治疗，患者的症状得到了有效的改善，未发现发生过敏反应。采用罗红霉素进行慢性鼻窦炎并发鼻息肉的治疗，其不良反应主要是过敏反应及胃肠道反应，治疗过程中，出现呕吐、恶心等肠胃道反应4例，出现轻度头晕2例。结论对慢性鼻窦炎并发鼻息肉的患者12I服罗红霉素治疗，疗效显著，对慢性鼻窦炎与鼻息肉在临床治疗上有重要的推广价值。

Objective To discuss the effect of roxithromycin in the treatment of chronic sinusitis combined with nasal polyps. Methods 86 patients with chronic sinusitis combined with nasal polyps were randomly divided into observation group（44 cases） and control group（42 cases） in our hospital from 2011 to 2012, the observation group was taken roxithromycin treatment for 3 months, the daily dosage of 150mg; the control group was given clinical routine treatment for continuous treatment of 3 months. Symptoms of the patients after treatment were observed by the endoscope examination. Results All patients were treated for 3 months through the endoscope examination, 20 cases were cured,23 eases were significantly improved in observation group, one case was inefficient , the cure rate was 97.72%. Compared with the control group, the clinical effect in observation group was significantly better than that in control group. The patient＇s symptoms were effectively improved after treatment, there was no allergic reaction. The adverse reactions of Roxithromycin in the treatment of chronic sinusitis combined with nasal polyps were allergic reactions and gastrointestinal reactions. Vomiting, nausea and gastrointestinal reaction of patients occurred in 4 cases in the period of treatment, with two eases of mild dizziness. Conclusion The oral roxithromycin treatment has a significant effect in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps, with an important value of promotion and apolication of roxithromycin in the clinical treatment.
