中西医结合治疗慢性胃炎的疗效

Curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in treatment of chronic gastritis

目的探讨中西医综合治疗在慢性胃炎中的效果。方法采用2011年5月～2012年6月本院接诊收治的124例慢性胃炎患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组及对照组。对照组44例，采用奥美拉唑、阿莫西林及左氧氟沙星治疗，观察组80例，在上述西药治疗的基础上按照中医辨证方法，分型进行中药治疗，对比两组的治疗效果。结果经过治疗，对照组痊愈8例，显效12例，有效15例，无效9例，总有效率79．55％；观察组痊愈20例，显效35例，有效22例，无效3例，总有效率96．25％。观察组与对照组相比，在痊愈率、显效率、有效率、无效率及总有效率上有明显优势（P〈0．05）。对照组幽门螺旋杆菌根除率77．27％，观察组幽门螺旋杆菌根除率95．00％，观察组与对照组对比有明显优势（P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合方法治疗慢性胃炎，临床效果显著提高，临床值得广为推广。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine in the treatment of chronic gastritis. Methods 124 patients with chronic gastritis admitted to our hospital from May 2011 to June 2012 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The 44 patients of the control group received omeprazole,amoxicillin and levofloxacin treatment and the 80 patients of the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment on the basis of the control group.The curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results After the treatment, in the control group,8 patients were cured,12 patients were remarkably effective,15 patients were effective and 9 patients were ineffective,with the total effective rate of 79.55%;In the observation groupi20 patients were cured,35 patients were remarkably effective,22 patients were effective and 3 patients were ineffective,with the total effective rate of 96.25%. The observation group has advantages over the control group in the cure rate,remarkably effective rate,effective rate, ineffective rate and total effective rate （P 〈 0.05）.The helic0bacter pylori eradication rate of the control group was 77.27% and that of the observation group was 95.00%,with the observation group significantly superior to the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of chronic gastritis,traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine significantly elevates the clinical effect,thereby worthy of wide clinical promotion.
