吻合器在51例胃癌患者中的临床应用分析

Analysis of clinical application of anastomat in 51 patients with gastric cancer

目的分析吻合器在胃癌患者中临床应用的疗效。方法选择我院在2008年5月-2012年7月在根治性全胃切除术或次全胃切除术中采用吻合器缝合的51例患者胃癌作为观察组，另外选择我院在2003年2月-2008年4月在根治性全胃切除术或非全胃切除术中采用手工方法缝合的51例患者胃癌作为对照组，然后比较分析两组患者的临床资料。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、胃肠功能恢复时间，吻合15漏率和术后狭窄或梗阻率以及术后6个月的生活质量优良率都显著地优于对照组患者（p〈0．05）。结论在治疗胃癌患者中采用吻合器进行治疗具有安全可靠、并发症少、恢复快等优点，值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of the clinical application of anastomat in patients with gastric cancer. Methods Fifty-one patients with gastric cancer who received anastomat suture in the radical total gastrectomy or subtotal gastrectomy in our hospital from May 2008 to July 2012 were selected as the observation group. Fifty-one patients with gastric cancer who received manual suture in the radical total gastrectomy or non-total gastrectomy in our hospital from February 2003 to April 2008 were selected as the control group. The clinical data of the two groups of patients were analyzed and compared. Results The observation group was significantly better than the control group in the operative time, intraoperative blood loss, gastrointestinal function recovery time, anastomotic leak rate and postoperative stenosis or obstruction rate and the life quality rate 6 months after the surgery （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of patients with gastric cancer, the application of anastomat has the advantages such as safe and reliable, few complications and fast recovery, thereby worthy of clinical promotion and application.
