摘要
法律漏洞影响司法实践,必须要对其进行适当的补充。马克思主义法学深刻地分析了社会现象,科学地阐述了法的本质以及发展规律,使法学成为一门真正的科学。研究马克思主义法学方法论对于社会主义中国的法学有着重要的理论和实践价值,对弥补法律漏洞有着指导意义。
The legal loopholes have very negative impact on justice so amendments are re- quired. Marxist jurisprudence provides a deep analysis on the social phenomena and explains the nature and developing laws,which makes it a branch of science. The methodology of Marx- ist jurisprudence is of great value to China＇ s jurisprudence in terms of theory and practice,es- pecially to the amendments.
