焦虑障碍注意偏倚的神经生物学机制
摘要
焦虑障碍是一类常见的精神障碍，主要表现为反复而持续的焦虑、恐惧、担忧、不安以及自主神经功能紊乱等症状。世界卫生组织精神健康调查发现各国焦虑障碍平均终生患病率为16％，年患病率为11％。焦虑障碍共病率高，尤其是与抑郁症的共病率高，还可增加患其他躯体疾病如心血管疾病等的风险。焦虑障碍不仅给患者本人造成痛苦，还给家庭和社会造成巨大的经济负担和医疗资源消耗。
