摘要
通过工程实例分析,对地铁盾构隧道结构设计荷载、设计工况选择及结构设计参数提出合理化建议:隧道荷载计算时要充分考虑围岩状况以及施工对其扰动影响;在待开发区宜适当考虑周边工程影响下的特殊施工工况,如失水工况以及地基承载力降低等工况。设计规范中对开发区管片内径、厚度、螺栓数量级型式等的特殊需求,应考虑长期运营条件下的要求,以期减少运营期隧道病害的出现概率,从而提高隧道设计安全度;从多角度分析管片选型的控制参数,希望对地铁盾构隧道结构设计及规范编制有所帮助。
Combined with practical engineering examples, some rational proposals on the selection of design load pat-terns and design parameters of metro shield tunnel are pres-ented in this paper, in order to reduce the probability of tunnel damage during operation and consequently improve the safety level of tunnel design. Besides, the controlling parameters of segment selection are analyzed from various aspects, aiming to establish the relevant codes and specifi-cations, which will help the design of metro shield tunnel.
