摘要
检票设备作为轨道交通枢纽的核心客服设备,其能力大小是轨道交通枢纽站设计、管理和组织的基础。合理确定检票设备能力和配置数量对节约轨道交通枢纽运营成本和提高客运服务质量具有重要的现实意义。通过对北京南枢纽站实地调研,对不同属性旅客检票时间运用χ2检验与t检验相结合的方法,确定不同属性旅客检票时间分布规律,进而分析轨道交通枢纽检票设备能力,并给出不同属性旅客通过检票设备能力的建议范围和计算公式。
Fare collection system is a critical facility at rail transit hub station. Reasonable ticket checking capacity is the core in rail transit hub design, management and organi- zation, it is also very important to decide the capacity of ticket checking equipment and the installation number in order to save the cost of railway operation and improve of the service level. Based on a spot investigation of Beijing South Rail Transit Hub, X^2-test and t-test are combined to determine the time distribution of ticket checking for dif-ferent passengers at the rail transport hub, the statistics are used to analyze the capacity of fare collection system, in order to give suggestions for ticket check device capabilities scope and calculation formula.
