摘要
国内城市轨道交通车辆选配主要集中在常规制式车型上,与城市轨道交通发展的客观条件和基本需求相适应,但也存在基于预测客流选配车辆的盲目性、相互攀比性,以及忽视车辆综合拥有成本、保持适度规模与适度组合等问题。提出的城市轨道交通车辆按线网层级划分选配理论及优先发展策略,在能源危机深重、生存环境恶化、地方财政拮据的今天,具有一定的指导意义。
Urban rail vehicle matching in China mainly fo-cuses on conventional models, in order to adapt to the ob-jective conditions and basic needs of rail transit develop-ment. However, the vehicle matching is often blindly based on passenger flow forecast, inclined to keep up with the Joneses and ignore problems like the total cost of owner (TCO), moderate scale and appropriate combination. Therefore, the strategy of preferential development and hi-erarchy classification of vehicles by line network levels are proposed, which is of great significance to challenge energy shortage, environment deterioration and limited local fi-nance today.
