摘要
目的:探讨人子宫内膜癌组织中环氧化酶-2(cyclooxygenase-2,COX-2)、CD44V6及Bcl-2的表达状况及其临床意义。方法:使用流式细胞仪(flow cytometry,FCM)检测55例人子宫内膜癌组织及36例癌旁组织中COX-2、CD44V6及Bcl-2蛋白表达。结果:子宫内膜癌组织中COX-2、CD44V6和Bcl-2蛋白的表达率分别为(39.06±18.51)%、(36.73±2.97)%和(12.52±5.23)%,癌旁组织中分别为(2.85±1.42)%、(2.93±1.78)%和(3.07±1.66)%。三者在癌组织中的表达明显高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。COX-2及CD44V6表达与人子宫内膜癌患者的年龄(P=0.08)、病理分级(P=0.11)无关,而与肿瘤的分期及淋巴结转移有关,P<0.05。Bcl-2蛋白表达与患者年龄、病理分级、临床分期及淋巴结转移均无关,P>0.05。COX-2与CD44V6蛋白表达正相关,r=0.507,P<0.01;COX-2及CD44V6与Bcl-2蛋白表达无关。结论:人子宫内膜癌组织中COX-2和CD44V6高表达的患者更易发生浸润、转移,且两者有正协同作用。Bcl-2与人子宫内膜癌的发生有一定关系。
OBJECTIVE:To study the expression and its clinical significance of COX-2,CD44V6 and Bcl-2 in human endometrial cancer tissue. METHODS: COX-2,CD44V6 and Bcl-2 expression was detected by flow cytometry in 55 cases human endometrial cancer tissues and 36 cases paracancerous tissues. RESULTS: COX-2,CD44V6 and Bcl-2 expression in 55 cases human endometrial cancer tissue were (39.06±18.51)%, (36.73±2.97)% and (12.52±5.23)% and they were higher than the expression in 36 cases paracancerous tissue which were (2.85±1.42)%, (2.93±1.78)% and (3.07±1.66)% (P〈0.05). COX-2 and CD44V6 expression were significantly different among tumor staging and lymph node metastasis ,however,it was not markedly related to age(P=0.08) and pathological grade(P=0.11). Bcl-2 expression has no difference in pathological indexes(P〉0.05). COX-2 and CD44V6 was correlated(r=0. 507 ,P〈0.01). They were un- related with Bcl-2. CONCLUSIONS: The endometrial cancer is easily to have infiltrate and metastasis in COX-2 and CD44V6 higher expression patients,and COX-2 and CD44V6 has synergistic effect. Bcl-2 is related to tumor genesis and progression of human endometrial cancer.
