颅脑前循环动脉狭窄血管内支架介入治疗的疗效分析

目的探讨血管内支架介入治疗症状性前循环脑动脉狭窄的安全性及临床疗效。方法选择经脑动脉多排螺旋CT血管造影（CTA）、磁共振血管造影（MRA）及全脑数字减影血管造影（DSA）证实颅脑前循环动脉狭窄患者46例，均行血管内支架成形介入手术，术后随访。结果46例患者成功置入支架共52枚，其中42例血管狭窄减少〉80％，3例减少〉70％，l例患者球囊扩张时出现血压、心率骤降，经处理后好转，支架置入顺利。1例患者术后并发上消化道出血，处理后好转。随访6~18个月，均无症状复发。结论血管内支架介入治疗颅脑前循环动脉狭窄安全有效。

Objective To investigate the effects and safety of intravascular stent treatment for anterior cerebral artery stenosis. Methods Forty-six patients with severe cerebral artery stenosis were treated with stent implantation and postoperative follow-up were taken. Results Forty-six patients were successfully implanted. The degree of stenosis reduced more than 80% in 42 patients and 70%in 3 patients.During periprocedure period,1 patient had a sudden drop in blood pressure and heart rate because of balloon dilatation,and stents were successfully implanted after treatment. One patient had a 1 patient had a upper gastrointestinal bleeding,and recovered after treatment. During the further follow up period of 6 months to 18 months,all pts had no cerebral ischemia.The stenotic vascular were unobstructed and there was no recurrence of symptoms. Conclusion Intravascular stent treatment for anterior cerebral artery stenosis is safe and effective.
