低温等离子手术在扁桃体切除术中的应用

目的探讨低温等离子手术系统在扁桃体切除术中的应用效果。方法扁桃体手术患者118例随机分为采用低温等离子手术系统治疗组（等离子组）和采用传统扁桃体手术切除组（传统手术组），各59例。等离子组采用等离子手术系统扁桃体切除，传统手术组行传统扁桃体手术切除。比较术中出血量、手术时间以及住院天数，结果手术时间、术中出血量及住院天数观察组均明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论低温等离子扁桃体切除术手术时间短、术中出血量少、安全有效，具有良好的应用前景。

Objective To investigate the clinical application and efficacy of low-temperature plasma operating system in tonsillectomy . Methods 116 case of patients with tonsillectomy were randomly divided into control group（59）and treatment group（59）,the control group was given conventional tonsillectomy,the treatment group were treated with low-temperature plasma operating system in tonsillectomy from Feb 2009 to June 2011.Results The operating time and transoperative bleeding and hospital day of the experimental group were obviously lower than control group. and there was significant difference two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Low-temperature plasma operating system in tonsillectomy is ideal of favourable perspective, which has advantages of short operation time,few blood loss,safety and effect.
