慢性肾病患者股骨颈骨折二种手术方式比较
摘要
慢性肾病（CKD）多见于老年人，中、晚期CKD患者常有肾性骨营养不良，导致骨量的丢失、骨强度下降，发生脆性骨折的风险增加。CKD患者最常见骨折部位是肋骨，其次为脊柱与髋部，髋部骨折患者，长期卧床易出现多种并发症，目前提倡积极手术治疗。股骨颈骨折的常用手术方式包括闭合复位内固定及人工股骨头置换术。本文比较二种手术方式的疗效。
