摘要
采用单因素和正交试验法研究了不同条件对枣叶黄酮提取效率的影响,以芦丁为对照品,采用分光光度法测定了总黄酮物质的含量。试验结果表明,枣叶中总黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度50%、料液比1∶10、提取时间1h、提取温度70℃。
Extraction technology of flavonoid from jujube leaf was studied using one factor and orthogonal experiments and the effect of the different extraction conditions on flavonoid from jujube leaf was studied. The total flavonoids were measured with speetrophotometer. The orthogonal experiments results indicated that the optimal extraction conditions were ethanol concentration 50% , ratio of material to liquid 1:10, extracting time lh, and extraction temperature 70℃.
