摘要
提出了一种变排量压裂技术 ,对其机理和应用条件进行了探讨。认为通过排量的瞬间跃变 ,可在控制压裂裂缝缝口高度向下延伸的同时将支撑剂输送至裂缝更深处 ,增大支撑缝长 ;同时快速提高砂比会在缝口形成楔形砂堤 ,降低近井油流阻力。对 13口井的应用效果进行了统计分析 ,原油平均增产 83.31% ,含水平均升高 9.5 6个百分点 ,有效地实现了增油控水。该项技术现场操作简单 ,增产效益显著 ,是生产层与上下隔层间地应力差值小的薄油层、底水油帽油藏的有效增产措施 ,具有一定的推广价值。
A fracturing technology with alteration discharge ca pacity was put forward, it's mechanism and application condition was probed. It was acknowledge d that through the instantaneous alteration of discharge capacity, the proppant could be send to deeper and the fracturing could be supported longer at the same time the height of fracturing was controlled. The near wellbore area oil resist ance force was decreased after the cuneiform sand body was force with quickly en hanced sand fluid ratio. The application effect of 13 wells in Changqing Oil Fie ld indicated that the crude output was increased 83.31 percent. This technology has a sample field operator step and a remarkable increase productivity benefit. The technology is a valid increase productivity measure in thin layer with smal ler stress producing formation and intercalation and in reservoir with bottom wa ter.
