摘要
根据高炉炼铁原理和实际生产统计数据对炼铁生产效率指标之间的关系进行了分析。提出了一些具体建议。例如,在装料制度和布料模式的选择上,除了保证高炉顺行以外,还应该增加煤气利用率,作为判定合理煤气流分布的标准。在比较实际高炉操作指标的同时,进行了能耗、成本的对标及经济比较。提出了对设备能力过剩的高炉进行扩容改造,以强化设备的利用率来提高产量、降低能耗、降低成本。
The relationship among the ironmkaing principle, actual production data and production efficiency indicator was analyzed. The following advices are present, for instance, for choosing charging system and distribution system, the gas utilization efficiency should also be used as a criteria to determine reasonable gas flow distribution apart from smooth running. The energy consumption and cost are compared for comparing actual BF operation indicator. Additionally, for BF having surplus of equipment capacity, the utilization of equipments should be increased to increase the productivity, reduce energy consumption and cut down the cost.
