摘要
为研究高温空气燃烧技术在钢包烘烤过程中的应用效果,优化某钢厂的钢包烘烤制度,利用商业软件FLUENT,采用有限差分方法和速度-压力耦合算法SIMPLE,对钢包烘烤过程的流动、燃烧、传热现象进行数值模拟与优化研究,定量分析了空气预热温度对钢包内温度分布的影响。结果表明,对钢包烘烤器进行技术改造,提高空气预热温度是优化钢包烘烤,节约能源的有效措施,这将对指导现场生产有重要的意义,模拟计算结果与现场工况实测结果基本吻合。
In order to research the application effect of high temperature air combustion technology in ladle baking process and optimize ladle baking system,numerical simulation and optimization research of gas flow,combustion and heat transfer in ladle during the baking process was carried out,using commercial software fluent,with finite difference and SIMPLE methods.The influence of preheated air temperature was quantitatively analyzed.Results show that raising the preheated air temperature and making technical renovation of the ladle baker are effective measures to obtain the better baking temperature of the ladle and save the energy,which will be of great importance to guide the practical production.The simulation results are basically consistent with the measured.
