摘要 环轨形式是目前大吨位起重机设计的常用形式之一,其优越性已得到各大起重机制造商的广泛认可。针对核电工程的实际应用,建立优化模型,选取环轨半径等3个变量,以产品最终成本为目标函数,再利用Matlab软件,进行多变量优化求解,从而得到起重机的最低制造成本和最优解,为环轨起重机参数确定提供理论支撑。 The ring rail form is one of the most commonly used form in the design of large tonnage crane at present, its superiority has been widely recognized by the famous crane manufacturers. This article based on the nuclear engineering practical application, set up a optimizational model, select the effective radius and other two variables, derived their relationship of each part, and establish the final cost function, then using MATLAB software to do muhivariable optimization, so then get the lowest manufacturing cost and the optimum solution, providing theoretical support for parameters determination, guarantee the reliability design of the ring rail crane.
