印度铝土矿破碎站给配料技术及料仓设计要点

摘要 论述了破碎站的工艺流程及设备布置,由于带式输送机输送能力受铝土矿物破碎机能力的限制,需要分离、合并料流,故重点介绍通过可逆移动带式给料机实现物料分离技术。研究了料仓结构布置要点,针对物料粘性较大的特点,从散体力学角度提出了漏斗结构最好为仓壁一侧竖直、相对应一侧倾斜的新观点,从而实现结构经济安全、工艺系统运行可靠顺畅的目标。 The paper describes the process flow and equipment arrangement at the crushing station, with emphasis on the introduction of material separation technology through the reversible movable belt feeder considering the situation that the conveying capacity of the belt conveyor is limited by the capacity of the bauxite crusher requiring separation and combination of materials. Through research on arrangement features of silo structure and consideration of strong stickiness of materials, a new idea that the best silo structure is straight on one side and slant on the other is put forward from the angle of mechanics of granular media, hence to realize economical and safe structure, reliable and smooth operation of the process system.
