摘要
描述了基于导电结晶器的第二代液态电渣冶金技术的原理、特点和应用情况,主要包括液态电渣浇注实心锭、空心锭和复合轧辊。同时,介绍了采用液态电渣浇注技术制备双金属耐腐蚀钢筋和铜钢复合电极的试验结果。最后,对今后的发展提出了展望,指出液态电渣浇注技术与连铸工艺的结合将是今后的发展趋势,并提出了液态电渣多次多层复合法制备特大型钢锭的可行性。
The principle, characteristic and application of the second-generation electroslag casting with liquid metal was described for manufacturing solid ingot, hollow ingot and composite roll. In addition, the experimental find- ings of bi-metallic corrosion resistant reinforcing steel and copper steel composite electrode by electro-slag casting with liquid metal was introduced. Combination of electro-slag casting with liquid metal with continuous casting will be the developing tendency of electro-slag technology, and it is feasible to manufacture heavy ingot by multilayer composite using electro-slag casing with liquid metal. The feasibility on development of electro-slag technology with liquid metal is presented.
