Process Optimization of High Hot Metal Charging Ratio for EAF Steelmaking

摘要 针对电弧炉炼钢过程中石灰消耗较高、炉渣中FeO含量过高的问题,研究了温度、炉渣成分、渣量、流渣时机对脱磷的影响以及终点碳含量、炉渣的碱度、吹氧强度对终点渣中FeO含量的影响,并对吹氧制度、造渣制度进行了优化。工业应用表明:石灰的消耗从每吨铁34.3kg降到25.2kg,氧气的消耗从每吨铁48.2m3降到42.5m3,终渣中w(FeO)从33.4%降到25.1%,终点w[C]从0.07%提高到0.15%。 To resolve the issues of high lime consumption and high FeO content in the slag during EAF steelmaking process, the effect of temperature, slag chemical omposition, slag amount, and deslagging time on dephosphorization was investigated, the effect of carbon content of end point, slag basieity, and oxygen blowing intensity on FeO content of end point was also investigated, oxygen blowing schema and slag forming schema were optimized. The industrial practice shows that lime consumption decreases from 34.3 to 25.2 kg/t, oxygen consumption decreases from 48.2 to 42.5 m3/t, FeO content in final slag is reduced from 33.4% to 25.1%, and carbon content of end point increases from 0.07% to 0.15%.
