摘要
以氯化铵、甲醛、三氯化磷为原料合成ATMPA.最佳工艺条件为PCl3：NH4Cl： HCHO的摩尔比为314,PCl3滴加温度为30～40 ℃.产品质量稳定,PCl3收率达92 %.
ATMPA is synthesized by using ammonium chloride formaldehyde and phosphorous trichloride as raw material． The premium process conditions are PCl3NH4Cl mol ratio of HCHO is 314 PLC3 titration temp． Is 30 40℃． The product quality is stable and the yield of PCl3 is up to 92 %．
