摘要
提出了一种用分光光度比色法测定加氢裂化催化剂中TiO_2含量的方法.在硫酸酸性介质中,以过氧化氢为氧化剂,将Ti^(4+)氧化成桔黄色络合物,在最大吸收波长420 nm处,测定以硅铝或氧铝为担体的催化剂中TiO2的含量.加标回收率为97.9 %~101.2 %,相对标偏差小于2 %,该方法准确性高、精密度良好 .
A method of determination of TiO2 content in hydrocracking catalyst with spectrophotometric colorimetry is proposed. Using hydrogen peroxide as oxidant in sulfuric acid medium to oxidate Ti4+ into orange colour complex. TiO2 content in catalyst with aluminium silicate or alumium oxide as carrier is determined at the maximum absorption wave length of 420nm. The standard recovery rate is 97.9% to 101.2%. the relative standard deviation is less than 2%. This method is high in accuracy and good in precision.
