楚雄部分地区猪细小病毒感染的血清学调查

Serological Investigation on Porcine Parvovirus Infection in Parts of Chuxiong Region

为了解楚雄州的楚雄市、禄丰县和南华县地区猪细小病毒(PPV)的感染情况,从楚雄市、禄丰县、南华县部分地区随机采集未免疫猪群血清共276份进行血清学分析,采用间接ELISA方法对所采集血清进行PPV抗体检测。结果显示,276份血清中有阳性血清157份,阳性率56.9%。结果表明,该地区猪群已被猪细小病毒感染,应引起重视。

The aim of this study was to investigate the prevalence of porcine parvovirus（PPV） infection in Chuxiong,Lufeng and Nanhua of Chuxiong region. 276 swine sera were collected from parts of Chuxiong region and detected for PPV antibody by indirect ELISA. The results showed that 157 sera were positive, and the positive rate was 56.9 %. The results indicated that the swine were infected with porcine parvovirus in this region and should be taken into consideration seriously.
