皮带机机头和煤眼事故的综合防治

Comprehensive prevention and control of head and coal eye accident of belt conveyor

随着煤矿矿井机械化程度的提高,现多采用皮带机连续后运的方式,原煤在皮带机头和煤眼处出现涌机头事故较为普遍。文章通过理论研究及现场总结,介绍和分析了皮带机机头和煤眼事故的综合防治措施的几种方式,以达到安全生产的目的。

With the improvement of mechanization, conveyor transportation system of belts has been increasingly adopted in coal mi- ning.Meanwhile, accidents occurring at the conveyor＇s head and coal eye have been rather widespread.This paper is to introduce anq analyze several measures that can he used to prevent and deal with those accidents through theoretical research and site testing, so as t, guarantee the safety in production.
